	Hey SuperFit Families, Meet Eric! Eric is our newest SuperFit Kid All-Star and we are excited to share a little bit about him with you. Eric is 10 years old and is from South Carolina! He has 7 brothers and 2 sisters, that must be super fun! Eric loves being with his close family, and even shares a birthday with a sister. Some of his favorite Superfit activities include drawing, camping and target shooting. Come winter, you will find Eric spending free time on his local sledding hill. A personal hero of Eric's is Eric Liddell, a famous runner and Christian missionary. Like Mr. Liddell, Eric is a runner, and he's super fast! Fascinated by the founding fathers of America, Eric is a history buff. Way to go, Eric! Having Celiac Disease has not slowed Eric down one bit! He is a big fan of Ian's Wheat and Gluten Free recipe foods. His favorite??? The gluten free French Bread Soy Cheesy Pizza! Good choice Eric!
