Sweepstakes: Ian’s Party for You and Your Friends!

 SUMMARY OF CONTEST

Ian’s is giving away Allergen Free Food Party Packages, serving 14 guests.  Winners will receive one of two kinds of party packages; a Gluten Free Pizza Party, with our NEW Wheat Free Gluten Free Pepperoni French Bread Pizza and our NEW Wheat Free Gluten Free Wafer Bites, or a an Allergen Free Fun Fest with our Wheat Free Gluten Free Chicken Tenders, as well as our ever-popular Alphatots!  Each party includes plates, utensils and napkins, invitations for each winner to send to guests, and fun Andy the Otter stickers, tattoos and prizes!

Ways to Enter:

Contestants must post a comment on the blog post, describing the contest.  Winners will be chosen at random from these comments.  Contestants must also register with Ian’s Natural Foods’ SuperFit Kid Program at www.imasuperfitkid.com, and will only receive their Grand Prize winnings upon confirmation of SuperFit Kid Membership.

Eligibility

The Ian’s Party Sweepstakes  is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2010.   Employees of the Claridge Food Group affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors and suppliers, and immediate families and individuals residing in the same household with any of these employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase is necessary to enter this Sweepstakes.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern time on August 27, 2010 and ends on September 17, 2010. Winners will be notified by September 24, 2010.

How to Enter

Review the Sweepstakes rules online on the I'm a SuperFit Kid Website.  Enter by signing up for the SuperFit Kid Program at www.imasuperfitkid.com and commenting on the blog post of a sponsored blogger.  For questions regarding Sweepstakes rules & regulations email contactus@imasuperfitkid.com, or call (978)989-0601.  Sponsors are not responsible for mutilated, illegible, incomplete, late, misdirected, postage-due, lost or stolen entries. Proof of mailing or submission of any entry will not be considered proof of receipt. Entries will not be returned.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, printers and judges involved in this promotion are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Sweepstakes, for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by entrants, any entry miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, related technical failures, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. Any compromise to the fair and proper conduct of this Sweepstakes related to a computer virus, or similar type of technical impairment that may affect the proper fairness, security and administration of the Sweepstakes may result in the termination, amendment or modification of the Sweepstakes, or portion thereof at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who acts in a non-sportsman like manner or with the intent to threaten or harass any other person.

ENTRIES

Winners will be chosen at random, from comments left on the blog post  Once a reader is chosen, Ian’s will contact the blogger with our selection and ask for the winner’s e-mail address.  Upon confirmation that the reader is also a SuperFit Kid Member, Ian’s will send he or she the party package.   Readers who both comment on the blog AND register with SuperFit Kids before midnight on September 17, 2010, will be entered to win.  Contestants will be chosen at random and notified by September 24, 2010.

All entries submitted become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering, entrants agree to assign all rights including copyrights in perpetuity, to the Sponsor. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use recipes, photographs, and the name, photograph and/or likenesses of entrants in any manner in perpetuity and in any media by the Sponsor, their advertising, promotion and/or public relations agencies with no additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PRIZES

At minimum one grand prize winner will be chosen at random from each participating blog and will receive their choice of one of two kinds of parties; a Gluten Free Pizza Party, with 7 units of Wheat Free Gluten Free Pepperoni French Bread Pizza and 3 units of Wheat Free Gluten Free Wafer Bites, or a an Allergen Free Fun Fest with 14 units of Wheat Free Gluten Free Chicken Tenders, and 2 units of our Family Size Alphatots.  Each party includes plates, utensils and napkins, invitations for each winner to send to guests, and Andy the Otter stickers, tattoos and prizes.  Grand Prizes valued at approximately $75.00 each.

GENERAL TERMS

If aspects of the Prizes change outside the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor will not be liable or responsible for any such changes and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater value, at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, if, for any reason, all or any portion of Prizes, as described herein, are or become unavailable. No transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. No cash substitutions will be offered for prizes. By accepting a Prize, prize winners agree that Sponsor shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind resulting from or in connection with the awarding, acceptance, possession or use of the Prize or any aspects or parts thereof. Prize winners are responsible for paying any necessary State and Federal taxes related to the winnings. If applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. The winner's first name, last initial, hometown and state will be disclosed on the Winner's List which will be distributed upon request and as required by law.

NOTIFICATION

Potential prize winners will be selected and notified by email and/or telephone when winner is selected. If potential prize winner cannot be reached with 3 attempts, does not respond, or an emailed prize notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at random.  All prize winners must sign and return Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Releases (where permitted), and/or Prize Acceptance Form, within ten (10) days of receiving such prize claim paperwork (via mail or overnight courier) as a condition of receiving the prize.

CONDITIONS

By entering the Sweepstakes, potential winners agree that Sponsor, their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, their officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages, including death, resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or prize acceptance. All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsors, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, losses of any kind to persons including death or property which may be sustained directly or indirectly with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded or for any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or with the announcement of or offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered.

WAIVER

By entering, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs or losses that may arise in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession and use of any prize. Winners, except for residents of Tennessee and where prohibited, grant Sponsor permission (and agree to confirm such in writing) and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's authority to use his/her name, photograph, biographical information, voice, and/or likeness, and entry (which may be altered changed, modified, edited, used alone or with other works, as solely determined by Sponsor) for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, without further consideration, or compensation, in perpetuity, in all media now known or hereafter discovered world wide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web without notice or review or approval. By entering, entrants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed by laws of Massachusetts.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited, by participating, you agree that a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorney's fees; and c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased.

WINNERS LIST

A list of the prize winners containing the first initial, last name, city, and state, will be available by mail once the Sweepstakes is closed. Any mailed requests to receive the list of prize winners must be sent to Ian's Natural Foods, 360 Merrimack Street, Building 9, Suite 320, Lawrence MA 01843 and must be accompanied by a first-class stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Personal information provided to Ian's Natural Foods when you join the I'm a SuperFit Kid Program on behalf of your child includes only your e-mail address. The Program allows consumers to participate in all activities offered such as special offers, sweepstakes, contests, e-cards, games and other activities. As a member of the I'm A Super Fit Kid Program you will receive promotional e-mails with contest, special offer and sweepstakes information from Ian's Natural Foods. When you redeem your points for prizes or if you are a winner of one the I'm a SuperFit Kid contests, you will be sent an email requesting your full name and mailing address.
