6. What is it? I’m a SFK started from an idea from the good folks at Ian’s Natural Foods. They wanted to put together a program that would help kids make healthier food choices, but not forgetting that to be Superfit you need to be active while exercising your mind as well. So, the program is built around Ian’s healthier food choices, activities, art programs, Book club, science projects, etc. Collect points for doing these things and redeem those points for prizes.

7. What prizes are available? There is a whole list of prizes from stickers at 9 points to a scooter at 500 points. Check Prizes Page for everything in between.

8. What if my activity isn’t on your list? If you don’t see your activity listed you can email us at (insert link), fill out the quick form to get approval. Takes no time at all!

9. What do I do with my extra points? Any extra points that are sent in by mistake will be sent back to you for use at a later date. There is no limit on the amount of points you can earn.

10. How many prizes can I win? There is no limit on the amount of prizes awarded. There is no limit on the amount of points you can collect.

11. Is there an expiration date for my points? There is no expiration date for prizes. Save them up to get the prize that you want!
